POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS ▲

Whenever the school is closed due to weather or emergencies, all Community Education activities, walking the halls, and events are canceled along with any outside user group practices.

REFUNDS ▲

Full refunds are issued for any class that Triton Community Education has to CANCEL.

If your child is not at school due to illness/injury on the day of a class that they are registered for, then a refund can possibly be issued. The amount refunded to you will depend on what the instructor charges Community Ed for supplies purchased or if supplies could be sent home still.

If you/your child attempt to register for any classes that are FULL, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified.

If you need to cancel/withdraw your child from a class at any point before the class starts then a $5 withdrawal fee and a t-shirt fee (if applicable) will be subtracted off of the refund amount. If you choose to withdraw your child from an ongoing Community Ed class that has already started then no refunds are given.

RISK ASSUMPTION ▲

By completing online registration, parents and legal guardians acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of participant injury or illness, including during practices, tournaments, and transportation to and from all program events. This completed registration serves as formal acceptance of these terms and waives any right to file suit or claim damages on behalf of the registered minor as a condition of participation.
